Wrap with Bean Mix

“This is a very filling lunch wrap. If you exclude dairy products it will be long lasting.”
8 Tortillas
0,4 l Grated cheese
0,25 l Creme fraiche light 
1 tin Kidney beans 
1 tin Sweetcorn
2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Avocadoes, chopped
1 teasp Sugar
1 pinch Salt 
2 cloves Garlic
0,5 tblsp Lime juice 
1 tblsp Olive oil 

1. Take out the seeds from the tomatoes and finely chop the rest.

2. Mix beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and avocado in a bowl.

3. Add sugar, salt and finely chopped garlic.

4. Add olive oil and lime juice and stir well.

5. Put 1/8 of the bean mix on each tortilla, 2 tblsp creme fraiche and a little cheese on each tortilla and fold.
