Tuna Salad with Feta and Olives

“An easy quite filling lunch dish, that requires no cooking stove. Because of the feta cheese this is a code orange dish.”
2 tins Tuna in oil
1 bag Mixed lettuce
2 Peppers, diced
1 box Cherry tomatoes
100 g Feta cheese, diced
16 Black olives
1 tblsp Capers
1 tin Sweetcorn
0,5 Onion, finely chopped
2 tblsp Red wine vinegar
5 tblsp Olive oil
2 teasp Dijon mustard
  Fresh chives
  Salt & black pepper

1. Pour out the oil from the tuna.

2. Mix the dressing by adding vinegar, oil, mustard, onion, chives, salt and pepper.

3. Put the rest in a bowl, lettuce, olives, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes in halves and peppers. Mix with dressing.

4. Top with tuna, feta and capers. Serve with bread.
