|2 tins||Tuna in oil|
|1 bag||Mixed lettuce|
|1 box||Cherry tomatoes|
|100 g||Feta cheese, diced|
|0,5||Onion, finely chopped|
|2 tblsp||Red wine vinegar|
|5 tblsp||Olive oil|
|2 teasp||Dijon mustard|
|Salt & black pepper|
1. Pour out the oil from the tuna.
2. Mix the dressing by adding vinegar, oil, mustard, onion, chives, salt and pepper.
3. Put the rest in a bowl, lettuce, olives, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes in halves and peppers. Mix with dressing.
4. Top with tuna, feta and capers. Serve with bread.
