Spaghetti alla Carbonara

“Bacon last really well, so why not make this classic pasta dish?”
400 g Spaghetti
2 tblsp Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 packs Bacon, diced
2 Eggs
2 tblsp Grated parmesan cheese for serving
3 tblsp Long-lasting cream
  Salt and black pepper

1. Fry onion and bacon in oil until golden. Put aside.

2. Whisk eggs, cheese and cream with a fork.

3. Boil the pasta al dente and put straight into pan with bacon. Add the egg mix a little at the time.

4. Serve with parmesan and black pepper.
