|0,5 l||Cream/long-lasting cream|
|200 g||Gorgonzola cheese|

1. Put pasta on the boil.
2. Cut salmon in slices.
3. Pour cream into a pan and sprinkle the gorgonzola. Heat until the cheese has melted.
4. Add the pasta and salmon and stir. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
