Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Mussels

1 tin Mussels
125 g Smoked salmon
1 can  Shrimps in brine
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 Avocado
1 bunch Fresh dill
0,25 Creme fraiche
0,1 l White wine/white wine for cooking
1 Lemon
400g Pasta, tagliatelle
  Rocket sallad
  Butter, for frying
  Salt & black pepper

1. Put the pasta water to a boil, but don't add the pasta yet.

2. Peel and chop the onion. Cut avocado into pieces. Finely chop dill and save some for garnish. Cut salmon in slices. Open the tins of mussels and shrimp and get rid of the water.

3. Add pasta to the boiling water and start making the sauce at the same time. Fry onion soft in butter and add finely chopped garlic, mussels and avocado. Stir and add the wine. Let it simmer for a while and add creme fraiche. Bring it to a boil and add dill and shrimps and set aside.

4. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Serve pasta with the seafood sauce and rocket sallad on the side.
