Pasta with Aubergine and Bacon

2 Aubergine
2 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 pack (140 g) Bacon
  Olive oil
0,2 l Stock
2 tblsp Tomato paste
0,5 teasp Salt
  Black pepper
3 tblsp Parmesan
300 g Psta, penne

1. Boil the pasta.

2. Cut aubergine in dices. Chop onion and garlic.

3. Cut bacon in slices and fry in oil.

4. Add aubergine, onion and garlic. Fry for a few minutes.

5. Add stock and tomatopaste, salt and pepper. Let boil for a few minutes.

6. Mix the pasta and bacon mix and serve.
