Pasta Salad with Spinach and Smoked Salmon

“An easy and quick lunch dish to make on the Trangia stove.”
400 g Pasta, gnocchi or penne
100 g Fresh spinach
2 cloves Garlic
half pot Fresh basil
6 tblsp Olive oil
2 tblsp Vinegar
200 g  Mushrooms
  Salt & black pepper

1. Boil the pasta.

2. Dressing: Finely chop garlic, shred basil. Mil oil and vinegar. Add ½ teasp salt and black pepper. Slice mushrooms and mix with dressing.

3. Mix spinach and dressing. Add pasta and shredded salmon

4. Serve with bread on the side.
