Pasta Salad with Mussels, Anchovy and Parsley

“This is a good light dish to make a few days into your trip, since the seafood is tinned.”
Ingredients
500 g Pasta
1 tin (450g) Mussels
1 tin (50g) Anchovy fillets 
2 Onions
2 tblsp Olive oil
7 tblsp Chopped parsley
0,1 l White wine or pressed lemon and water
10 Cherry tomatoes
  Parmesan
Cooking

1. Boil the pasta.

2. Chop onions. Pour out brine from mussels and anchovy.

3. Fry onion in a pan. Add anchovy, mussels, cherry tomatoes in halves and parsley. Add wine or lemon + water. Let it boil for a a couple of minutes.

4. Serve with pasta and parmesan.
