Pasta Salad with Mussels, Anchovy and Parsley

Ingredients
500 g | Pasta |
1 tin (450g) | Mussels |
1 tin (50g) | Anchovy fillets |
2 | Onions |
2 tblsp | Olive oil |
7 tblsp | Chopped parsley |
0,1 l | White wine or pressed lemon and water |
10 | Cherry tomatoes |
Parmesan |
Cooking
1. Boil the pasta.
2. Chop onions. Pour out brine from mussels and anchovy.
3. Fry onion in a pan. Add anchovy, mussels, cherry tomatoes in halves and parsley. Add wine or lemon + water. Let it boil for a a couple of minutes.
4. Serve with pasta and parmesan.
