Pasta Salad with Feta and Tomatoes

“An easy pasta dish to have for lunch.”
400 g Pasta, spirals or penne
1 Red onion, sliced in half rings 
12 Cherry tomatoes, or 2 normal tomatoes
12  Black olives
200 g Feta cheese, diced
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped 
1 tblsp Capers 
optional Parsley
3 tblsp Olive oil
1,5 tblsp Water
1,5 tblsp Vinegar
  Salt and black pepper

1. Boil pasta.

2. Mix vinaigrette and pour over the hot pasta. Add tomatoes, onion, olives and feta and mix.
