“The most classic of all Swedish dishes! Lingonberry is a jam quite similar to cranberry sauce and is a must to this dish.”
  New potatoes
1 pack Meatballs
1 bag Creamy sauce mix
200 ml Milk
  Cucumber, sliced
  Lngonberry jam

1. Boil potatoes.

2. Whisk creamy sauce mix with 100 ml water and 200 ml milk. Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside.

3. Fry meatballs.

4. Serve potatoes and meatballs with creamy sauce, lingonberry jam and cucumber.
