Fruit Salad

“Almost a must dessert on your kayaking trip. Fruit salad is delicious and fruit keep really well.”
2 Apples
2 Oranges
1 Pear
1 Banana
1/4 Honeydew melon 
0,5 pack Red grapes 
1 tin Fruit cocktail
optional Walnuts/raisins
optional Whipped cream fraiche with sugar and lime

1. Sliced all the fruit into a boil. Add the fruit cocktail.

2. Sprinkle crushed walnuts/raisins on top.

3. If it's the early days of your trip you can whip creme fraiche 34%, add 100 ml of sugar and juice from half a lime.

4. Serve fruit salad with creme fraiche.
