Falukorv Stroganoff

400 g Falukorv
2 Onions
3 tblsp Tomato paste
0,25 l Cream for cooking/long-lasting cream
1 tblsp Parsley, finely chopped
4 port Parboiled long grain rice

1. Boil the rice.

2. Cut the sausage into sticks. Chop onion and fry in butter. Add the sausage and let it fry for a while. Add tomato paste and stir.

3. Add cream and let boil for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. prinkle parsley on top (can be excluded) and serve with rice.
