|4 port||New potatoes or rice|
|2||Peppers, yellow and red|
|100 g||Black beans or kidney beans|
|200 g||Chopped tomatoes|
|1 teasp||Ground cumin|
|1 teasp||Chili powder|
1. Boil rice or new potatoes
2. Rinse beans. Fry veggies and spices in oil in a pot. Add beans and let it heat up.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and let it simmer. Add salt to taste.
4. Dice the Falukorv in 2 cm pieces and fry separatelt in oil.
5. Add sausage to casserole. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the casserole heat up.
6. Serve with rice or new potatoes.
