Falukorv and Bean Casserole

“Falukorv is a cooked rather mild sausage that is mostly used in cooking, but it can also be had in thin slices on a sandwich.”
Ingredients
4 port New potatoes or rice
400 g Falukorv 
1 Onion, diced
2 Peppers, yellow and red
0,5 Zucchini, diced
100 g Black beans or kidney beans 
200 g Chopped tomatoes
1 teasp Ground cumin
1 teasp Chili powder

Cooking

1. Boil rice or new potatoes

2. Rinse beans. Fry veggies and spices in oil in a pot. Add beans and let it heat up.

3. Add chopped tomatoes and let it simmer. Add salt to taste.

4. Dice the Falukorv in 2 cm pieces and fry separatelt in oil.

5. Add sausage to casserole. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the casserole heat up.

6. Serve with rice or new potatoes.
