Ciabatta with Prosciotto and Gorgonzola

16 slices Prosciotto ham
200 g Gorgonzola cheese
8 Tomatoes
0,2 l Green olives
2 tblsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
4 Ciabatta, split

1. Rub the lower halves with garlic and fry in oilve oil until golden. The bread should absorb the garlic and oil from the pan.

2. Take off the bread from the pan and spread gorgonzola. Layer slices of prosciotto, sliced tomatoes and sliced olives.

3. Put the top on and serve.
